Lenoites is now looking for a PR & Influencer Coordinator / UGC Content Coordinator who wants to work with influencers, PR outreach, UGC (User Generated Content), and content for ads.
This is a role for you who enjoys social media, but also thrives with structure, follow-up, and clear goals. You will play a key role in creating visibility for Lenoites through TikTok, Instagram, and collaborations with creators in Sweden and the rest of Europe.
Here, you will become part of an engaged team in Viared, Borås, where we work closely together, share ideas, and develop the brand together.
As a PR & Influencer Coordinator / UGC Content Coordinator, you will work on finding relevant influencers and creators on TikTok and Instagram, contacting them, and building relationships that lead to publications and collaborations.
You will work with both PR outreach and paid collaborations. The role also involves helping to produce UGC material and simpler content for ads. We collaborate with an external ad agency that handles the actual advertising, but you will ensure that we have the right material from creators and influencers.
The work is practical, varied, and social. You will have many contact points and work with clear goals, such as number of contacts, responses, outreach, publications, collaborations, and finished content material.
This role suits you if you are structured, communicative, and enjoy driving things forward from first contact to finished result.
The role is located at our office in Viared, Borås.
We work on-site, and the role is not hybrid or remote. This is important to us because the work involves close collaboration with colleagues, fast communication, product flows, PR outreach, and content work.
We have flexible hours where you can start between 07:00 and 09:00 and finish between 16:00 and 18:00. The work is Monday to Friday.

You don't need to know everything from the start, but you need the right attitude, the willingness to learn, and an understanding of the importance of following up, documenting, and driving the work forward.
